peritoneum, or mesentery, attached to the colon. --

+ coracoid.] (Anat.) A process from the middle of
the coracoid in some animals.

cuniform.] (Anat.) One of the bones of the tarsus.

de`rma skin.] (Biol.) (a) The
layer of the blastoderm, between the ectoderm and endoderm;
mesoblast. See Illust. of Blastoderm and
Ectoderm. (b) The middle body layer
in some invertebrates. (c) The middle
layer of tissue in some vegetable structures.

Pertaining to, or derived from, the mesoderm; as,
mesodermal tissues.
